Susan Willoughby
Susan Willoughby joined the staff in 2010 and serves as the Graduate Certification Specialist for the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Susan has two degrees from Oklahoma State University with both degrees earned from the College of Business Administration. She is responsible for initiating and verifying degree audits for undergraduate students. She is also responsible for the NCAA certification of CASNR student athletes. Among her many duties, Susan processes eligibility of Phi Kappa Phi initiates, ensures accuracy of the CASNR Catalog information as well as CASNR Degree and Minor sheets and serves as College liaison to the Registrar’s office. She provides Faculty Advisor training and assists advisors in implementing new policies and forms. Additionally, Susan provides statistical data each semester on enrollment statistics by class rank, gender, ethnicity and major for the National FAEIS survey.
