CASNR Graduate Students
Assistantships
Most funding for graduate students is through assistantships administered at the departmental level. Graduate Coordinators in each of the academic departments will provide direction to prospective and current graduate students regarding assistantship opportunities related to their academic disciplines.
Departmental Scholarship Awards
Each academic department administers its scholarship funds. Graduate students are encouraged to consult their adviser, graduate coordinator and departmental office about potential departmental scholarship opportunities and application processes.
HORT/LA Graduate Students
The Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture has specific scholarships for graduate students. To compete for these awards, prospective or current graduate students of this department must complete the CASNR On-line Scholarship Application. This on-line application is available by the middle of November each year, and must be submitted no later than midnight on January 15th. To qualify for Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Departmental scholarships graduate students must also complete a one (1) page form located on the HORT/LA website http://www.hortla.okstate.edu/hortla/scholarship.htm Students can also contact Margaret Struble at margaret.struble@okstate.edu for additional information.
Graduate College Resources
The OSU Graduate College has a funding search database on their website for assistance in locating both internal OSU and external sources of financial support for graduate studies. The database may be accessed at http://gradcollege.okstate.edu/fundingDB/search_fellowship.php.
