External Scholarship Opportunities
On occasion the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources learns of external scholarship opportunities of interest and relevance to students studying within the College. As these notices are received information about the awards and application procedures are posted under this section and included in the monthly CASNR Student Success Center newsletter, distributed to all currently enrolled CASNR students via their OKEY e-mail address.
Other Resources
CASNR encourages students to consult the OSU Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid about additional scholarship sources. A list of non-OSU scholarships is maintained on the office's website at http://www.okstate.edu/finaid/scholarships/non_osu/index.html. In addition, students may visit with a financial aid counselor by scheduling an appointment; the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid may be reached at 405-744-6604 or at the office location, 119 Student Union.
Students may also wish to use the Financial Aid Tool within the Oklahoma Career Information System at www.okcis.intocareers.org to search for external academic funding sources related to personal background and/or career interests. CASNR students may obtain a login ID and password to this system by contacting the CASNR Student Success Center at 405-744-9464 or casnr@okstate.edu.
