Organizations planning to attend the Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Natural Sciences Career Fair may ship exhibit materials in advance of the event to:

Packages and displays shipped in advance should be shipped to arrive at least 2 business days before the career fair. Last minute shipping may cause delays in representatives receiving their packages for the event. Materials received at least two business days in advance ofthe career fair will be delivered to the organization's exhibit space for setup on the morning before the career fair.

CASNR Career Services will schedule a FedEx and UPS pickup for the end of the Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Natural Sciences Career Fair. Representatives should have all materials to be shipped boxed up with shipping labels properly completed (including organization account number) and attached to all materials being mailed. While CASNR Career Services will make every effort to assist organizations with locating missing materials following the career fair, CASNR Career Services is not responsible for unlabeled or improperly labeled packages or lost packages.
