Campus Visits
See for yourself the educational and career opportunities at Oklahoma State University and the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR). A campus visit is one of the most important ways to investigate OSU and its programs. Campus visits are tailored to your specific interests and needs.
How to Schedule a Visit
Select a weekday. Morning tours usually begin at 10 a.m. and the academic appointments with the College is at 2:00, the afternoon tour begins at 1 p.m. and you can schedule an academic appointment either in the mornings or after the tour. It depends on the distance you are traveling, your schedule, and the schedules of the faculty, staff, and students. You will have the opportunity to meet students and faculty, tour campus, see a residential hall, attend a class, and get answers to your questions concerning OSU and our college and programs.
Parents are invited too! We encourage your parent(s) to come with you so they can see what we have to offer and can meet faculty and staff.
What's a Visit Like?
Each visit is unique because we plan your visit around your interests and schedule. However, the following activities are most common to a campus visit:
- Appointment with an OSU representative to discuss admissions, housing, tuition costs, financial aid, scholarships, and student life.
- Campus Walking Tour - One hour campus overview including a visit to a residential hall.
- Appointment with a faculty advisor/college representative in your particular area of interest.
- Attend a class, visit individually, or have lunch with a student agricultural ambassador.
