Out of State Students
Full-time entering nonresident undergraduates who are fully admissible to OSU in good standing, and who meet the eligibility criteria can qualify for a non-resident incentive tuition waiver scholarship. To apply, complete the Undergraduate Application for Admission/Scholarships located in the "Applying to OSU" packet.
