Scholarship Opportunities

The College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR) recognizes outstanding prospective students each year through a multitude of scholarship awards.  Each of the nine different academic departments within CASNR also acknowledge students with the award of additional scholarships.

Application information for these opportunities may be found in the pages of this website section.  Each academic unit is also responsible for distributing award information to students; therefore, students should also seek guidance from their specific department about scholarship opportunities and application processes specific to their area of study.

Applications for most awards are due for submission in late January and early February, and most awards are announced by middle- to late- March. Most often, students are contacted only if receiving an award.

In addition to college and departmental scholarships within CASNR, the Oklahoma State University Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid is responsible for administering the University scholarship and financial aid programs. This office is not affiliated with any one academic college on the OSU campus and is in place to assist all OSU students.
